a) County Matter Planning Application
The proposed development is to remove the current steel shipping container style
offices and welfare facilities and replace them with a new set of purpose built steel
shipping containers in a layout of 4 units long and 2 units high making a total of 8
units which are attached together to create a welfare facility complete with offices,
clean’ and ‘dirty’ changing rooms, toilets, showers and meeting room. at IBA
Processing Facility, Unit 12 Stuart Way, Hill Barton Business Park, Clyst St Mary,
Exeter, EX5 1BA The Waste Planning Authority has received a planning application for the
above proposed development. The application was received on 09/06/25 and the target date
for determination is the 08/09/25.
b)25/1388/FUL Proposal: Single storey side extension on the West elevation, new canopy
over main entrance door and alterations to fenestration. Location: Halfyards Sidmouth Road
Farringdon EX5 2JX. Applicant: Mr Andy Parson Halfyards Sidmouth Road Farringdon EX52JX
c) 25/1274/CPE Proposal: Certificate of Lawfuness of exiting use or development to confirm
use of land as amusement park and for purposes anciliary to that use. Location: Craly Great
